Our new low-cost level sensing for tanks is typically used to measure the level of liquid continuously and cost-effectively inside the tank. This information can be used for a variety of purposes, such as:
There are several types of level sensing devices that can be added to this system as per the cut sheet information below, including float switches, pressure sensors, ultrasonic sensors, and capacitance sensors, each with its own advantages and disadvantages.
This simple system is a cost-effective way for customers to simply manage the level in a tank. For a more complex system that can include high/low indicators, actual readings of tank gallonage, and communications with pumps and valves, you get more information on our ultrasonic leveling sensor systems that provides that functionality.
This High-Level Float Switch variation is setup to be mounted as a full assembly on top of tank using a 2” bulkhead fitting. This unit comes preassembled in subassemblies with no holes in wiring box. This is up to consumer to drill out holes based on what their specific orientation needs are. The warning light and box are normally mounted in line with lower assembly consolidating this unit on top of the container.
NOTE: Parts marked with * have additional sizes and types for additional cost
This High-Level Float Switch Wall Mount variation is setup to have the wiring box and light mounted away from the tank. This unit comes preassembled in subassemblies with no holes in wiring box. This is up to consumer to drill out holes based on what their specific orientation needs are. This unit is designed for users that need the warning light visible in a different location not directly mounted on top of the tank like the direct mount.
